This notice covers the CaseSteward website at casesteward.com. The CaseSteward application is provided to law firms under their own agreement, which governs the data they put into it.

What this website collects

This website has no forms, no accounts and no advertising trackers. When you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include, and we use it to reply. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to run and secure the site.

Client and case data in the application

Each firm controls the data in its CaseSteward environment. AI features run under the firm’s own AI provider key. We don’t sell personal information.

Your choices

To ask about, correct or delete information you sent us, email [email protected]. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA; contact us to use them.
